@FitbitSupport The heart rate monitor on my Versa 2 stopped working yesterday. One minute it was fine, the next it froze at 79bpm and stayed there all day. When I tried to fix it last night using your online instructions it stopped and is now showing zero. Help.

It's horrendous. Especially as we're now near the end of the assessment period that sets Oct's cap, so this is the right ball park.

The Oct prediction is now £450/yr HIGHER than Ofgem mooted in May & that was what Sunak based the £400-£1,200/yr help on.

The wholesale gas price is at its lowest level since Oct 21. That's still nearly 3x the old typical run-rate so it isn't a huge reversal, but may mean

-The Oct price cap RISE will lessen a bit (its based on a Feb - July avg)
- A few better fixes may launch
