While we have a policy to not offer refunds due to having a preorder campaign, we also want backers who believe in our vision and want to support our journey to make affordable diagnostics available to everyone.

There is no such thing in the United States for "health insurance". All health insurance in reality is only for catastrophic illness. Normal health problems are paid by the individual out of pocket totally.

Most families don't even reach their annual deductible, on top of their monthly premiums, and when they do they are still paying out of pocket for the 80/20 rule. MOST NEVER reach the 100% insurer payout!

The insurance company always wins. It is a redistribution scheme for the insurance company to cover the 5% of catastrophic illness by the 95% who never see a dime from the insurance company that always makes a profit!
