@UniversalORL The person I talked to was Katie! She wanted to hear exactly which rides I missed out on and after I let her know she offered me an after 3pm ticket. I then asked if my wife could get one too as she also missed some rides and Katie set us both up! A big #UOFistBump for Katie!

I wanted to give a big shout out to @UniversalORL! Last week I got stormed out of the second half of one of my days at Epic and the support team quickly made things right. I just got done enjoying the rides I originally missed out on and couldn't be happier.
