@AssuranceCell please help me network unlock a phone I purchased from a private party. I tried to call you guys and they were little to no help I'm hoping somebody here my bill to help me I spoke with T-Mobile and Metro as well and they weren't any help either
@AssuranceCell Direct message you because I don't have a blue check mark and I'm not paying for it that's just more money I'm spending on this damn phone as far as I'm concerned
@AssuranceCell Did it not then or something I'm confused like everybody's talking so cryptic to me I'm just trying to figure out how to unlock a phone that I paid for at this point I'm about just take it back to the garage sale and tell him I want my 20 bucks back. And it won't let me direct
@AssuranceCell I don't have the seller's number hence it was a yard sale. It was factory reset and look like it was ready just to have something hooked up to it I didn't think I'd be this difficult
@AssuranceCell I've tried everything. I bought it at a yard sale for 20 bucks because I thought it would be a cheap phone that I can give my son and use with a q Link wireless SIM card which is free service.
@AssuranceCell I have a device that's Network locked that I would like to get hooked up with another carrier T-Mobile told me it was possible along with Metro but for whatever reason you guys can't do it when called on the phone and the people at T-Mobile recommended I reach out on here
