@VerizonConnect they bought Fleetmatics in August of 2016 and they have been going downhill ever sense. I have 45 units with Verizon and I currently can only get out of the contract if I pay 43K and I have been a customer for 10 years. At no point in the future can I get out of my contract.
@VerizonConnect They are great at marketing, but they don't care about becoming a partner with you and your business. I have spoken with countless people that want to get out of their contract and they can't. Don't make the mistake of signing a contract that locks you up for life.
@VerizonConnect LOOK ELSEWHERE. You will start a contract that you will never be able to get out of. Each additionally unit you get starts it's own separate contract so you will have many contracts starting and ending in different months. So you will never be able to cancel at the same time.

@VerizonConnect Verizon connect is NOT a gps company you want to work with. We have been customers for 10+ years and they are saying if we want to cancel it would be $43,000 a year. All your units renew on different months so essentially you are locked in for life. Be smart and go elsewhere
@VerizonConnect My company has worked with Verizon connect for 10+ years. Their service and products performance has gotten worse ever since they bought out fleetmatcis. Now after 10+ years they are saying that to cancel my contract it would cost $40K+ no matter what time of year I cancel.
@BernieSanders Ha! Why would a company make a conscious decision to make their company less profits. The board pays Their CEO 15 million because it is a good investment. Thanks to something called free markets employees are not prisoners, they can go work anywhere they please.
