This is a bad experience with #pepperfry. I recieved an order which was well packed with a wall clock. But when opened it was not at all the one expected and shown in the picture.wanted to return the same but #Pepperfryc did not take the product back even after requesting twice.

@Pepperfry Your customer service #pepperfryc has got no intention to assist and give solution rather interested in saying "we understand your concern but we are sorry" and upset customers.
