#CurriculumSpotlight - CHE 223: Measurements and Instrumentation had 2nd year students making chocolate! #ChemicalEngineering students explored roasting, shell removal, ingredient ratios and mixing to observe different methods of processing cacao beans and its impact on flavor.
#ChemicalEngineering students earned multiple national honors at the 2025 AIChE Annual Student Conference in Boston. Students earned awards in research, academics, and first- and second-year excellence.
