#TheStoryOfGodsLove "What are you looking for?" We have a need for a Savior. Why would we follow Jesus? Because we should find we are hopeless if things we left things up to ourselves and a supernatural need for a Savior to overcome what cannot overcome ourselves.
#TheStoryOfGodsLove "What are you looking for?" We misunderstand that Jesus was just a good man. The reality is that Jesus had to be God's Son for all this to have taken place. This goes beyond facts, you have to find Him as your why.
#TheStoryOfGodsLove "What are you looking for?" There is often a misunderstanding that this is a "good story" and it is often referred to as the Good News. We cannot find our why because can't admit there is also bad news: we can choose our own way.
#TheStoryOfGodsLove Why was Mary crying? She didn't know Jesus was alive. She didn't anticipate Him being there so much so that she thought he was the gardener.
#TheStoryOfGodsLove Why was Mary crying? Because she hadn't found her "why." She didn't know Jesus had to die. She felt alone. She didn't understand what God was working toward.
#TheStoryOfGodsLove Today's question is "Why?" When it comes to the Resurrection we know all the information. We know the facts and we have it figured out and know how the movie ends. If He isn't our Savior...why?
To have the faith of a child you have to have a Father you can trust. We do! He loves us unconditionally. He knows our brokenness. He is patient in our growing.
