@mbeasley_fade @Dfsderek325 @markwstephens I checked SPRV and OPTI and the expert market warning is there but the unsolicited quotes warning is not. Both are listed as unsolicited though when you click the quote tab. Looks like it is just a weird glitch.

@mbeasley_fade @Dfsderek325 @markwstephens Boo, I guess I got excited for nothing. I’ve never seen OTC markets glitch with only the unsolicited quote warning go away before. The other warnings are still there for many stocks.

@markwstephens Never in my life have I typed otcmarkets website faster than when I read your post. It’s gone. I have been waiting for this moment since the COC. My only precaution is sometimes OTC markets can be weird while these changes occur and it can pop back up then disappear several times

$RITE value increases 📈💰💰💰

I incorporated into my interactive spreadsheet the projected #Iridium value on the @Mineralrite Skull Valley property, as per my own calculations, and you can see the results!

Thanks to @markwstephens for pointing out that this was a mineral of significant value and quantity, worth including. 🙏

INDEED, at current prices, the total value of Iridium is projected to be about double the value of #GOLD on the property (Total Iridium value currently around $3B); however, the valuation that Mark offered was overexaggerated by around 3x.

Updating mineral prices and including in the Iridium value ups the current projected price per share to $1.66! 🤑

I'd encourage you to check out the spreadsheet for yourself, and feel free to modify the mineral prices to see how it affects the property value!
