@NataliaHEmanuel @nytimes to solve those issues as long as you have work/life balance. I've worked in both environments and my remote groups have always been more productive b/c we were set up for success. But I can't imagine my first job being fully remote and having to learn everything that way.

Beyond that, I don't believe in forcing people back to the office to fight loneliness/mental health issues etc. If a team/company wants to make remote work, they can.
