@InfidelSupreme8@DolioJ I'm currently working with my test group to ensure they're G2G before public release. This thread will explain more. Be sure to also read the thread linked at the bottom of this thread: https://t.co/WLApotiety
A big restock of one of our most popular products of all time has just hit the site. The iconic Japanese Higonokami folding knife has been well known for over a century. Available with brass handles and in two sizes, these would make great father’s day gifts fellas. They’re slim meaning they can be carried while dressed up in a suit, and sharp enough to engage ninjas in battle.
Today’s camo pattern is a little something for our Japanese Brothers and Sisters across the pond.
Camo Pattern: 🇯🇵Japanese Jietai Camo (Woodland)
Fabric: 65/35 polyester-cotton rip-stop
IRR Compliant: YES
Notes: Jietai camouflage, also known as Japanese Flecktarn or JSDF Camouflage, is the standard woodland camouflage pattern of the Japan Ground Self-Defense Force (JGSDF).
It was officially adopted in 1991 (Type 2 Uniform) to replace earlier designs like the "Fang" pattern, providing effective concealment in Japan’s dense forests and mountainous terrain.
The pattern is a four-color adaptation of the German Flecktarn, featuring light green, brown, and black irregular dots on a khaki or beige background.
This polyester-cotton blend fabric is colorfast, wrinkle-resistant, and slightly lighter weight than its nylon-cotton counterpart. However, unlike nylon-cotton blends, it doesn’t get softer with each wash (although the difference in softness between the two is negligible).
万歳!

Today we depart my 2nd home (🇳🇴) and return to my home country to look at a pattern currently used by the US Army, Air Force, and Space Force.
Camo Pattern: 🇺🇸American Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP) Camo
Fabric Material: 50/50 nylon-cotton rip-stop
IRR Compliant: YES
Notes: Operational Camouflage Pattern (OCP), originally codenamed Scorpion W2, is the standard military camouflage pattern currently used by the United States Army, United States Air Force, and United States Space Force. Adopted officially in 2015, it replaced the ineffective Universal Camouflage Pattern (UCP) and the temporary MultiCam pattern used in Afghanistan. The pattern features a blend of seven earth tones—including greens, browns, tans, and beige—arranged in horizontal, organic shapes designed to provide effective concealment across woodland, desert, and transitional environments.
OCP is a modified version of the original Scorpion pattern. Unlike its predecessor UCP, which used a pixelated gray-dominant design, OCP utilizes softer, non-pixelated shapes with a lighter color palette and horizontal flow. Testing indicated that OCP is approximately 20% more effective than UCP at shielding soldiers from detection in varied terrains. While visually similar to MultiCam, OCP lacks the vertical "twiglet" elements found in MultiCam and features larger, more horizontal color blobs, making it specifically tailored for the operational environments frequently encountered by U.S. forces.

Controversial take:
I wear wool underwear. Even in the Texas summer.
Not because I like suffering.
Because wool does the opposite of what people think it does.
It breathes. It handles sweat. It fights odor.
Cotton gets wet and stays wet.
Synthetics dry fast, but can stink like death after one hard day.
High quality wool is the middle ground.
Comfortable enough for daily wear. Tough enough for the field.
Everyone thinks wool is only for winter.
They are wrong.
Good wool is year round gear.
@cottonmouth71@InfidelSupreme8@DolioJ Shoot me a DM with your waist measurement after you measured it with a seamstress tape. I need that exact measurement please.
