@amazonIN What is the point of us posting here when we do not get any response whatsoever. A lot of money has been deducted for these returns already and still there is no procedure in place to solve the issue from the root
@amazon Is there anyway you can constructively help us here. A lot of our money has been deducted already and it means a lot to us. More than this a lot of other issues are pending like our listings not getting activated, incorrect invoices etc
@amazon The seller support team that is managing our concern is doing nothing about it. She repeatedly messages me that she will give me a call to further understand our concerns but never does so

@JeffBezos The guy who is responsible for deliveries of returns back to sellers confirms that he never received the return shipment from the hub and we have told this to the seller support but this major proof has been ignored completely and nothing has been done regarding this
@JeffBezos The Amason seller support that is managing my case has tried to resolve the case by sending fake signatures to us when no delivery person has ever taken any signature till date
@JeffBezos The case that is pending on the Amazon Seller central is pending since eternity now. The representative who is responsible, repeatedly emails that she will give me a call regarding the issue but neber does so. Mostly she ignores my messages
@JeffBezos Around 6 of our units are missing but status shows as delivered back to seller. We have filed SAFE T claims but we get responses like "We do understand your position but we cannot help you. We will not reply on this any further"
@JeffBezos after a futile one month of trying to get our cases resolved today was the worst experience ever when I visited the amazon hub for deliveries where the manager asked me to do whatever I can but he will not do anything about it
