New: Fort Myers ‘Jolly Burglar’ Busted After Raiding Mobile Weed Van for $7K Haul

On August 25, 2025, Zachary Jolly, 32, was arrested in Fort Myers Beach, FL, after surveillance footage captured him smashing a window into the “Queen of Weed” mobile dispensary van and stuffing a garbage can with over $7,000 in edibles, mushrooms, and vapes.

Deputies canvassed nearby hotels, found Jolly in his room with the stolen stash, and charged him with burglary, criminal mischief, and grand theft.

Needless to say, he wasn’t feeling so jolly upon arrest.
