@AirIndia A direct flight from London to Mumbai, yet my checked-in bag seems to have vanished. It's now been over 24hrs with no resolution.

I'm travelling for my brother's wedding & instead of preparing for my family, I've spent the entire day chasing my baggage across AI depts.

My flight from Jaipur to LHR via Abu Dhabi (EY327 and EY61) is scheduled for tomorrow, 6th March at 9:30pm IST, less than 24hours now! Both the flights are showing on time. Can you confirm they are still flying please? Really need to be in London ASAP.

@British_Airways I have been chasing you guys since 10 days and even after calling multiple times & sending DM’s nobody has bothered to contact me back. Your India customer care services do not work. I will escalate this to highest authority if no one comes back to me TODAY!

Our connection was cut on 04th Dec’20 due to fire incident and we registered a complaint via email on 05th Dec’20 at [email protected] to re-start it.

There is a 70 year old lady, bed ridden, and is unable to cope with no home cooked food for almost a month now!!
If something happens to her, who will be responsible??

We also logged a complaint (Docket no. 5233585). And we have also visited Mahanagar Gas office personally more than twice in this period. It’s been 22 days now & our gas connection has still not started!
