Hello , I have booked a train for my mother who is 66 and have selected senior citizen and lower berth (2ac) however I still got a side upper . I have booked the ticket thrice and in two different trains and it is still the same . Side upper . Can you help ?

@RailMinIndia Respected Sir/Madam .. I am travelling in Train 12727 it was supposed to reach my destination station at 5 am and it is almost 7 am and we are still waiting near the station ..I took Godavari because it will reach early and I will be able to go to work
