I went to A&E at 8.30pm lastnight, I got a bed at 4.30am, I was curled up on a chair in a corner for 8 hours because chest pains and body aches were covid symptoms and I had to be away from everyone else. No reassurance that my chest was okay I sat there sobbing. @DonnellyStephen

@megannolan41 @DonnellyStephen They sent me home and said that I have "long covid", im dying sick with chest pains, muscle aches and I'm extremely weak...I was the same three weeks ago and got three negative results for covid tests, and now I have the same again, but no answers 🤦‍♀️

@megannolan41 @DonnellyStephen Jesus christ, feel like you have to collapse and be unresponsive before they try do anything. If we can't put trust in our health care how are we supposed to feel anyway safe 😔 no wonder the majority of us are rippled with anxiety.

@megannolan41 @DonnellyStephen I got the covid swab at 2am and I still haven't received the results because "lab testing wasn't being done until the morning" so I'm waiting on a phone call. The triage did an Ecg then said "I need to show this to the doctor" and left me for four hours.

To add, the nurses were run off their feet, it was not their fault, they are the heroes. Our health system is a joke.
