@carsbigasbars @soulofkab But you see.. that last part right there is what makes it NOT fascist. In a Fascist government, the State Controls the Corporations. In the NCR's case, and in some ways, the IRL united State's case, the Corporations hold MASSIVE sway over the state. Something fascists despise.
