@LilywhiteLab I actually thought there were encouraging signs from yesterday. Maybe too late in the season and it’s the results that count. Felt they lost confidence as the game went on. Especially after that unlucky goal.
@RudolphN17 The midfield has been abysmal for at least a year now. Their current stock isnt working, and I admire what Gallagher can bring mentally as a leader and fighter more than his technical ability.
@LilywhiteLab Well said and true for many. I started supporting Spurs because of Waddle and Gazza, and fell in love with the mavericks. As a whole the modern game has become so robotic. I’d love to see Spurs get back to being the innovators instead of the followers. Enjoy your content
@hbrooks_coach This is true. I feel like they make it far too narrow, making it impossible to feed Solanke. They look at their best with the overlap then drive to the 6 yard box to fire across. None of that today. I thought Johnson was the best of the forward players today.
What’s Romero supposed to do? He kicked the ball. Is he supposed to ask for their player not to be there so he doesn’t hit him with a follow through? Shambles #COYS
