Our Cobra Emergency Care during Covid-19 has been busy this week. Students have gotten the opportunity to Play Outside, Work with Legos, Color Pictures for the Nursing Home, Work on Distance Learning School Work and enjoyed the DC Loins group coming to plant a tree at TES.

Mrs. Gilliland's 2nd Grade Class put their STEM skills to use by designing and building bridges for Sphero Minis to go across. Great collaboration between all building teams.

Yesterday afternoon 2nd graders met with their 5th grade buddies and did a STEM challenge of building the tallest tower out of marshmallows and spaghetti noodles. So wonderful to see collaboration and team work between buddy groups. #wearetriton

Mrs. Rud's second graders hosted their very own Author's Tea last Thursday Afternoon. They worked hard during November putting together their first published book, "Turkey Troubles." They celebrated their by reading aloud their stories and doing an author signing. #wearetriton

Last Friday we held our December Hero Assembly in the Elementary Gym. Celebrated our new Golden Award winners for December and our outstanding HEROES. We also celebrated the success of a few 5th Graders who did a great job with Academic Triathlon this year.

Congrats to our Triton Academic Triathlon teams for their first meet. Although there was some tough competition, the Triton Academic Triathlon team brought home two Mary Ann Berdan Awards for Creativity!!

October HERO Assembly...
TES students recognized the October HERO Award recipients and the October Golden Awards Classroom Winners. Rebekah H used her HERO Bucks she earned to Guest MC the October Hero Assembly with Mrs. Macrafic.
