Amazingly productive day at the South Jersey Open. PR’s in each event. First I ran an 11.57 in the 100, jumped a 39’3 in Triple Jump. Our 4x1 ran a 44.5. And to close the day I won Long Jump with a 20’11.25. It was a very good day and I’m proud of each Mustang for their hard work
