In my opinion bracing wins over taping simply due to the fact that bracing does not lose tensile strength over time like taping can. If we're looking to provide stability for sport, lets not sacrifice that stability just because braces are bulky
Bracing:
Pro - Can apply it yourself! / minimal time.
Con - Bulky
Pro - Does NOT lose strength over time
Con - $$ up front
Pro - Excellent option to provide stability
Con - Does not look cool :(
Taping:
Pro - Can provide additional support to joint
Con - Takes up time (both in application and in waiting to be taped)
Pro - Customizable to the athlete
Con - Loses strength after about 20 minutes
Pro - Looks cool!
Con - Can create dependence
How do you beat a team that has more talent? Be more connected and committed. A team that becomes ONE will beat a group of talented separate individuals.

For every minute an AED is delayed during a sudden cardiac emergency, life expectancy decreases 6-10%.
In addition to the AED that's in my golf cart at all times, we are fortunate to have 2 AEDs outside at all times for Triton HS and the community!
When muscle glycogen is low before exercise, this causes greater excitation-contraction coupling failure after exercise (as measured by low frequency fatigue).
