Lawyers’ multi-crore bail industry took a direct hit after Arnesh Kumar judgment.

In 2018-19 they were out on the streets protesting CrPC 41A, demanding its removal.

Why?

Because once 41A came, for offences under 7 years:
• No automatic arrest
• No anticipatory bail needed
• Just a notice to cooperate with investigation

Their easy money from bail applications and “arrest scare” vanished overnight.

They weren’t fighting for justice.

They were fighting to protect their business.

Today it genuinely pained me to pay extra taxes to the government.

I would have felt far less resentful if I could believe that my future and more importantly, my children’s future was being secured in return.

Instead, I am forced to pay for bad roads, almost non-existent infrastructure, hours wasted in traffic, a broken justice system , and politicians who show no real interest in solving any of it.

I don’t mind contributing. I mind contributing to a system that gives almost nothing back.

When those in power misuse authority, the judiciary stays silent.

Judges were meant to protect democracy and the Constitution. They didn’t.
India’s free speech ranking is collapsing.

Democracy is weakening.
Government and judiciary both share the blame.

Honest voices are crushed across parties.
Police using force on protesters, including women and children, is pure lawlessness.

Malik’s message is clear:
Those who failed must resign.

And the protests must now reach the High Courts and the Supreme Court itself.

The lower courts are adamant and still not following the procedure.

The reason is clear,
It will hamper the business of local lawyers ho fool the parties especially wives who are not told while filing of maintenance case that “your income, all bank statements have to be attached” right at time of filing of the case.

Another Useless observation.

Almost 99% criminal cases are being registered by indian police on name of cruelty by husband and his family in wife.

Almost all get closed in mutual settlement ms after paying huge amounts as alimony.
“No compensation”

When husband files a case on cruelty these courts call it a normal wear and tear.

A perfect reason to admit, why judiciary is not for citizens but only for lawyers and judges..

And Trust? There is not like trust left in judicial system..
