@elise_john85@maidstonebc Same around here , bottles fall out when bins emptied smash in road and all just left , easily could drive over it and worse kids / pets walking on it !
@maidstonebc Been 2 days missed and that link simply says check back for updates so it’s already out of date … how complicated can it be ? Just tell us on your site when it’s being collected .. simple surely 🤷♂️

@SonicR360 @JosephMcclarnon @NatWest_Help For me it was all fine until I updated the app to V7.38 some 3 weeks ago on iPhone. All CCard info disappeared at that point. They appear to be in no rush to sort it
@JosephMcclarnon @SonicR360@NatWest_Help Yes it’s really poor , my guess is that NatWest know it’s only those of us that have a credit card that’s a “dual” card whatever that is and we are probably the minority so no rush to fix it ! They just point us to use online banking instead of app !
