It's really disappointing that @GoogleMyBiz doesn't offer any support at all. No matter what kind of issue you report through their contact form, you only receive an automated email with a no-reply message. [1]

The first line of the email is usually "Thanks for reaching out about your Business Profile on Google. Based on the information you provided, we're not certain about your specific issue, but here are solutions to the most common problems:" And its happening for all Biz :(
