@riilu865 Adding a kiss at the train scene, or a simple "I love you", and gifting Mari something with a promise to take it back when they reunite, all of that change NOTHING about the core message about her wanting to be independent, but it'd make the scene far more satisfying

@riilu865 She could be independent, that's her choice, but what stopping her from expressing her love and gratitude to Mari in that final moment, why she had to be so cold and keep it to herself. It's like the show is treating WLW love as wrong and she can't freely express it.
