One Nation can be challenged on immigration, energy, housing, infrastructure and government spending. That is how democracy operates.

But years of reducing political opponents to labels like “fascist” and “far-right” have consequences. When people are taught that their political opponents are not merely wrong, but evil, some will eventually believe that almost anything is justified against them. BREAKING: 𝕏 wins lawsuit against Australia’s eSafety Commissioner. Elon Musk’s 𝕏 has secured a major victory in Australia’s Federal Court.

The eSafety Commissioner argued that 𝕏 should be regulated under two separate online safety systems because the platform offers DMs and encrypted chat, potentially subjecting it to stricter requirements and penalties of up to A$49.5 million.

Justice Elizabeth Raper rejected that argument, ruling that 𝕏 cannot be classified as both a “social media service” and a “relevant electronic service.”
