It's part of something called NPTEL, a government backed program that now hosts over 3,200 free university courses taught by professors at IIT and IISc, India's top engineering and science schools.

@bubosees I’d start with a beginner-friendly intro to quantum mechanics, then build up the math gradually. Don’t jump straight into the heavy stuff - getting the intuition first makes everything click much faster
The key point is that Rutherford’s experiment used a "macroscopic gold foil", not a 100 nm nanofilm. The scattering pattern was statistical: the rare large-angle deflections were far too frequent to be explained by grain boundaries or dislocations. They were best explained by a tiny, positively charged nucleus concentrated at the center of each atom. So no, those possibilities don’t invalidate the nuclear model.

@mayuresh1704 Open education isn’t new at all. MIT, Stanford, Harvard and others have been putting full lectures online for years. The real shift is making that knowledge easier to discover, personalize, and learn from at scale
@Di_Krass_ That’s a wild way to look at trading. If the path itself has no slope, a lot of what traders call “trend” might just be noise with a story attached to it
