Twitch has updated the Bits Acceptable Use policy for the first time since 2018.

Key changes:
- Bits can now ONLY be used for things on Twitch. (An explicit ban on using Bits for anything off-platform or of monetary value, ie. Movie Night, Merch, etc.)
- Much stricter enforcement, including a new "forfeiture clause" which essentially says they can take your Bits (no compensation) for any violation.
- Officially kills the "Ads for Bits" product (leftover language; that product has been dead for years).

@asha_shar This looks really nice. Hopefully it appears somewhere else, I love my custom background photo. What I did not like is the new guide color options. It's never the same color when applied, and I hate all the options. Even the pastel colors turn dark, once applied.

Twitchcon is introducing stricter rules for streaming at the convention, including:

- Keeping Paths Clear
- No Streaming Areas
- Film Permission-Based Lanyards

Violations will result in temporary streaming suspensions during Twitchcon.
