Alright, let me share some insights into how the Romanian justice system works and why the Tate brothers are proven liars:

1. They were wiretapped
Wiretapping doesn't happen without a warrant from a judge. A judge will only issue such a warrant if prosecutors provide substantial evidence of ongoing criminal activity.
Some of the wiretapes have been released to the press and translated in English. See my first comment.

2. Their assets were seized and documented
These assets weren't stolen. It's absurd to believe that anti-mafia prosecutors would pocket money found in the Tates' house or keep the cars for themselves. All seized assets were documented for the record and will be presented during the trial. If they are proven innocent, these assets will be returned.

3. Some associates were detained after initially being considered witnesses
They chose to remain silent, which is not typical behaviour for a witness. A witness is expected to cooperate. Their refusal to do so led to them being treated as suspects.

4. Video chat businesses are legal in Romania, provided the company is properly registered and operates within the law. This was clearly not the case here. The women involved worked illegally and were paid around 10% of the earnings, which amounts to pimping.

5. The judge who released them was not influenced by any God or similar nonsense. He placed them under judicial control because it was determined they did not pose a danger to society.

6. They were thrown in jail first time they were arrested (last year) because according to wiretapes they were planning to illegally leave the country.

BREAKING: Donald Trump suffers a crushing defeat as a New York appeals court rejects his challenge to the gag order in his hush money criminal case — meaning he cannot speak about prosecutors and others involved in the case until he's sentenced.

Judge Juan Merchan is set to deliver sentencing on September 18th, just seven weeks out from the election on November 5th.

"Justice Merchan did not act in excess of jurisdiction by maintaining the narrowly tailored protections," the court said.

That means Trump will have to spend most of his campaign muzzled, unable to spread his lies and smears about the case.

Since Kamala Harris has the issues cornered — and Trump's only electoral tool at this point is whining — this constitutes a major setback for him.
