@mtaibbi According to Jackson’s Wolford dissent the government can seemingly prohibit anyone from entering anything for any reason. Unfortunately for these women - the majority of the Court found that unpersuasive and unserious. Mosques live to be filled another day.

@fourboxesdiner Justice Jackson's dissent in Section B basically says that a State would be well within the Constitution to ban blacks from entering private property by default since that is a property rights issue and completely legitimate.
