I've requested my name be changed on my Miles and Bonus account even sending in a copy of my passport - each time it says it has been completed but each time no change has been made. This means I am unable to claim miles. Please can you resolve this for me?

@Morrisons have complained time and time again about the excessive noise from the tannoy at @ChorltonRT petrol station. This afternoon the operator has been on it almost constantly. This type of mental harassment is not acceptable and needs to be stopped. Please.
