@wbnes2023 Durch Zufall gesehen. Gamerin hier. Vater hat mich sehr jung schon Spiele ab 18 spielen lassen.
Ebenso TLOU, welches rauskam als ich 12 war.
Für mich war es damals ein bisschen früh, konnte das nicht so gut wechseln.
Unheimlich gute Geschichte, aber durchaus sehr ernste Themen.

@Shadpw1 @momoxmia The devs fucked up massively in that case. Accessibility shouldn‘t be an afterthought in 2023. And if it is for them, they have a responsibility to make it their goal to reverse that, without having their community literally pay for it.

@Shadpw1 @momoxmia Also fact that game devs would purposefully prevent a not insignificant amount of people from playing their game. Plus, some accessibility options can also function as means to change the difficulty of the game for non-disabled people as well. In short: Accessibility is great.

@Shadpw1 @momoxmia As someone who has written their Bachelor’s thesis literally on this topic, it‘s cheaper to start the developing process of games with an accessibility mindset. It costs a lot more resources (money, staff, time etc.) to treat it as an afterthought.
