I NEVER THOUGHT THIS COULD HAPPEN IN AUSTRALIA

Forget for a minute it was me - but here we have confirmation that the Australian Government had a foreign company monitoring & spying on the communications of an elected Member of Parliament for opposing government policy.

Then the Government interfered with the free performance of that member’s duties and his ability to communicate with constituents by calling on foreign based social media platforms to censor - in violation of The Constitution, The Parliamentary Privileges Act 1987 and the Bill of Rights 1688.

And the media is silent.

And now the Australian Government expects the public to trust them with either greater powers to censor dissent.
