@onterrorstreet I think we’ll for sure get new original stories at some point after they’ve wrapped up this arc of TWD. But yeah an animated series with AMC is unlikely which is unfortunate because there definitely is a demand for it and people want to see that.

@Lightenerrthang This is only for licensing and streaming rights since their deal with Netflix is coming to an end soon. AMC will still have ownership of the franchise.

@xpertfusion3 It’s just licensing rights, not full rights to the franchise. Their deal with Netflix is ending soon so they’re either working on a deal to renew that or go with a different company
