Caught up with a mate whilst visiting the NT and dropped in on a nice looking crop of Kuranda soybean in the Douglas-Daly region. Although short they have set a nice looking crop

A bated breath hay crop west of Georgetown. A very wet, wet season led to no paddock access and was sown at the end of the wet into a waist high mix of grass and broadleaf weeds. Surface cover has certainly played its part minimising evaporation and conserving moisture

Out bug checking some FNQ cotton this morning, few pest species present but all in really low and sporadic numbers, plenty of beneficials also
