@Pingit I was told it was an app problem Both me and my partner get error - different phones (Samsung & Google Pixel), and OS Versions (android 9 & 10), so no individual solution. I'm willing to call again, but to what purpose if you can't get any information about when it will be fixed?

@Pingit When I spoke to the team today, they said it was a known problem. I was not the only person getting the error. So it's simply their fix didn't work. Why don't you ask them what is happening so you can publicise it through Twitter?

@Pingit App updated this afternoon. Failed again.....Same error code EAT004 which apparently means something like undiagnosed application error. When I was an IT Director, I would have faced some serious question if I had allowed this to happen repeatedly.

@Pingit And they can't help me. They said there was an error in the recently released application update and they are waiting for a new release. Bpay never had this problem. I used it for years with auto topup. Shouldn't have been closed down until Pingit was working properly.
