Maybe I should clarify a few things:
My wife was actively bleeding & denied a D&C even after it was determined our baby had no heartbeat. I don't understand why people keep quoting current Texas law, and saying it never could/would happen.
IT HAPPENED!
Also, a D&C (dilatation and curettage) and an "Abortion" require the SAME PROCEDURE.
Not removing the fetus could have resulted in sepsis and/or death.
She was sent home on 3 separate occasions.
She was prescribed misoprostol which was administered at home, where she bled for 3 days straight, and after I discovered her unconscious in our bathroom had to be rushed to the hospital for life saving care.
Our story is TRUE.
This is NOT political propaganda.
There is no GoFundMe (we will pay our own medical bills, thank you)
THE CURRENT ABORTION LAWS IN TEXAS ARE WHY THIS HAPPENED!
IT NEVER SHOULD HAVE HAPPENED!
We don't wish this nightmare on anyone.
Not even the vile people who continue to attack us.
I'm going to do my best to MAKE SURE this is not the world my daughter has to grow up in.
