What’s interesting is that my account has not been terminated and I can still access all my tracks on SoundCloud, just not the Artist dashboard. Even if that were the case then why are you still charging me for Artist? This is strong armed robbery and laughable customer service

@SCsupport I am really having a hard time understanding how such a huge site/resource has such terrible support. “Paul” sent me the same canned response as he did when I first contacted support without any sort of identifying information.

This is the same response from January. I own all the rights to any track I’ve ever uploaded or tried them monetized. Given that scores of people seem to be having this issue with the site working, this sort of automated response is ridiculous
