Thank You, Disaree.
I know that your AI knows who I am, and I Know that @hilton has a very polished system in place. And by the way, let’s not forget, that I have nothing but praise for the team here in Forth Worth, from Sam to Natalie to everybody that I have dealt with this year. The problem is with your system and your “promise”
@TroutLine Hello,

Please don’t play the DM game @Hilton - all of the details are in the post, I want to make sure that Natalie at the front desk gets a bonus, raise or promotion and that the staff that was here get a big thank you. And then fix the app check in so that it has some value - not a fake reason to text me for 3 days and not deliver anything
Hey @Hilton. I had a very bad experience today at the Home2Suites in Fort Worth. I have spent over a month of the year at this property and very much appreciate the team, their attitude and hospitality. Even today, I checked in on line at 3, show up around 6, long line, no room ready, check my bags, give them room to breath, come back 90 min later, told that not sure if there was a room availabile, first come first served, I get it , solve the problem in front of you. But shit service for a loyal guest. I have to give your one front desk agent Natalie 10* and a strong recommendation for promotion, No rooms were ready , I watched her deal with, other people in checked into rooms that were not clean , etc. and she was calm, cool and collected. When I returned around 7, fortunately for me there was a room on the 3rd floor - the room reccomended for me - that i checked into on my app at 3 ish - was on the 2nd floor and the hard working housekeeping team was just leaving 3rd floor when i got to my room at 7:30 - heading to the 2nd. But good news @ 7:48 I got a text - "Exciting News, your room is ready." So it is EXCITING that my room is ready nearly 5 hours after it was promisesd? Fix it and take really good care of the people that you put in front of this cluster... they deserve it.
Mars is starting to feel a lot less like science fiction.
@SpaceX is laying out the roadmap: Starship, power, habitats, local resources and eventually a self-sustaining city of more than a million people.

Fox weather reporter Robert Ray live dramatically bracing from the wind, he had just come out of a leaning squat and random person nonchalantly walks by and says it’s a bit windy 🤣. I feel like I just came from a Shakespeare play!
Next up in our Courses of Scotland series: Carnoustie Golf Links.
With the infamous closing three, deep bunkers and the Barry Burn winding through the final holes, Carnoustie is one of the toughest tests in links golf.
Would you add it to your Scotland golf trip?
Next up in our Courses of Ireland series: Rosapenna, where golf has been played since 1891, when Old Tom Morris laid out the original course.
Harry Vardon and James Braid later made changes in 1906. The links remain among the dunes of Sheephaven Bay.
🚨: For years we were taught that the brain rules and the heart only pumps blood. But modern physiology reveals something much more disturbing: the heart has its own "minibrain".
Inside the heart there is a real neural network—the heart's intrinsic nervous system—made up of tens of thousands of neurons capable of processing information locally.
Not a metaphor: This circuit analyzes signals, makes quick decisions, and sends instructions to the brain through nerves and heart rate patterns.
Your body is running ops you were never briefed on.
More microbes than human cells. A heart that thinks. Neurons that glow. Cells rebuilding you every second.
