Sorry to the international Armys seeing a lot of Filo ARMY tweets about politics lately 😭 There’s just so much happening in the Philippines right now all at once.

For context, the country has been politically tense because of the ongoing impeachment proceedings involving Vice President Sara Duterte, the ICC-related arrest issues surrounding Senator Bato dela Rosa, Senate leadership conflicts, protests, and now even reports of a gunshot inside the Senate earlier today that caused panic and even more questions online.

That’s why a lot of Filipinos are posting more about politics right now. People are frustrated, worried, and emotionally exhausted because everything feels like chaos already. At this point, many people don’t even know when someone will actually be held accountable because it just keeps feeling like the same cycle over and over again.
