@JakeSalimbene @JackMac Facts! I got my house in 2016 (3/2 starter) and it has 100% doubled. My mortgage at the time was slightly above rent but now it’s easily $1k a month below the rent market. Was wanting to sell and find something nicer but it’s cheaper to expand & reno in this market.

@Primm_Slim6969 I consider myself a big Ghostbusters fan, but Frozen Empire did not hit the mark at all. Afterlife set it up to where they could have made something great, but then we got this. I almost feel the 2016 film was better and that is saying something because that one wasn’t great.
