The thought of delivering substandard work due to a lack of effort would leave me with a guilt I can't ignore; it goes against my fundamental principles. While her approach is valid for her, my conscience dictates a different standard, and that's the one I have to follow.
My senior colleague keeps questioning my work ethic, suggesting I shouldn't work so hard given the slim chance of promotion and implying I take things slow to dodge extra tasks. I respect her perspective, but that's simply not how I operate.
So, I've been working on reviewing a new protocol for tuberculosis treatment for pregnant and breastfeeding people (PBP), which will take place in the Philippines and South Africa. Apparently, given the participants involved, there are many ethical considerations to keep in mind.
