So many gay men are incels who maneuver like they have a divine right to the men they want exactly when, where, and how they want them which is the reason for endless discourse you all constantly subject us to.
It's Pride season for goodness sake. Go get fucked. Literally.
so many gay men can't admit to themselves that the reason they ghost and ignore people instead of just saying they're not interested is that they enjoy the feeling of being desired by someone whom they think is beneath them
The irony of gay men's ageism is that their narrow-minded, regressive attitudes are precisely the reason they will be doomed to the same "lonely, desperate" fate they so despise in elder queer men.
Call me the problem, but if I had to have a 5-10 minute meeting with a professor to prove the assignment I know I did myself was not AI-generated, I indeed would have an attitude because that absolutely would be like an additional assignment.
No argument you make will convince anti-black racists of the intrinsic value of our existence as black people and merit of our accomplishments because they view our blackness itself as inferior.
That is what makes the conversation about Yale med school admissions so useless.
This is what local accountability looks like:
In Festus, Missouri, a town of about 14,000 people, the city council quietly approved a $6 billion Ai data center to be built on 360 acres just north of Highway 67.
Residents say they were never properly heard. Meetings were held in private. Documents were released too late. A week after the approval, the town held a regular election. Voter turnout jumped 129 percent.
Every single council member who had voted yes lost in a landslide. A 70-year-old first-time candidate beat an 8-year incumbent by 40 percentage points.
Now a recall petition is circulating to remove the mayor as well. The lawsuit against the city is already filed.
Has your local government ever been held accountable like this? ๐ฅ
Everything becomes a game of one-upmanship in which they try to prove their intrinsic virtue over men - all while being queerphobic, racist, classist, xenophobic, ableist, etc. because being a man always will be worse to them.
Gag is a lot of them are misogynistic too.
Many such women have a fundamental lack of understanding of what patriarchy truly is, so the entire praxis for their feminism becomes nothing but criticism of men - frequently devoid of consciousness of queerness, race, class, immigration status, disability, etc.
Watching women underplay their homophobia, as if gay men weren't once gay boys - many of whom contended with anti-gay violence from mothers, grandmothers, sisters, aunties, etc. for not performing masculinity to their liking - has been....something to say the least.
There's nuance to apply to this conversation that makes bothโฌ๏ธโฌ๏ธ perspectives valid, but some of you lot gladly accept unsolicited benevolence and won't even offer the person who gave it a Pepsi Cola as a thank you.

Sometimes people need to remind you of the times they've come through for you because some of you have a habit of taking without giving, consciously or unintentionally.
The flip side of this is a decision to ghost you altogether, which still would put you in your feelings.
@zionszzn Sometimes you need to say it because people be using actions and time to manipulate you.. you canโt do things for me I didnโt ask for and then throw it in my face if you donโt get your way on something
Globally, indigenous peoples historically had ethical ways of consuming virtually everything nature provides. Then Europeans colonized the world and made everything an industry.
I haven't even seen the movie, yet I know exactly what the OP means because it's the same complaint I have about many period pieces produced in the 2020s. Sometimes the actors look too modern in the face. It's not about costumes or styling but actual facial features/structure.
