CAR had CAR like Time with Tilt, but, VGK because of the PP, was generating Tilt at the end of the period.
With Ice Tilt based off of player location, Power Plays are typically the easiest way to generate Tilt (and esp. Significant Tilt).

VGK ended the period with 3:57 (of their 6:02 for the period) of continous Time with Tilt.
CAR still had the Time with Tilt advantage for the period with 13:36.
