Yup… it’s a plastic coin purse. You squeeze the two ends together and it opens up. Guys (usually) kept their loose change in them so it wouldn’t jingle in their pockets. They came in all sorts of colors, and some businesses had them made with their ad logos on them. Fits easily in the palm of an adult hand. I had a friend that kept her house key in one because her key kept getting lost in the bottom of her purse.
