@KlinkyOfficial@natemixing For me it’s not a one fix thing. It’s making many choices along the way that add up to a huge difference and natural top end. Just slapping a de-Esser on at the end is better than nothing but not enough imo.
@KlinkyOfficial@natemixing The short answer is boost top end with care, everyone loves saturation and boosting air bands, just make sure you listen to the s’s still. Also sibilant controls start at mic choice/ placement. Clip gain S’s down during editing, and use de-eser or something like soothe can help
