@InvestingAddict Most millionaires are just ordinary people living in high cost of living cities. They drive Toyotas because gas is expensive and taxed heavily, ev charging is hard to find, and smaller cars are easier to park and handle on old tight streets.

Cities already use alpr for parking enforcement or ticketing people that don't stop for school busses and nobody complains because the scope is limited.
