In my opinion he has shown great quali pace in patches over his first 2 seasons. He has shown it which means he has it. Still a better racer than qualifier tho

He is still relatively young in his F1 career & with time comes consistency (most of the time). Also the car was geared more towards Lando last season, especially for a large chunk of the season.
