So let the battle commence 💪🏽 roll V cut 😎 so we let the green go a month without a cut as had only rolled but spot sprayed laser (2weeks ago) so now fescue/bent. So one side of green will be cut every day the other cut then rolled alternately. Day one both stimped at 8 🤔

Day 3 ! Very interesting but to be fair heavy rain but proper growing conditions so the side that’s been rolled cut rolled is now up to 8.25 but the cut every day side is down to 7.25 still cutting at 5 mm but want to get to 9ft on the stimp so be interesting to see next week😎

Day two ! So no significant improvements or differences but it’s been a wet & windy day from this morning ! Both sides still stimping at 8 Forecast is much better weather on the way so fert to kick in plus drier weather so be interesting to see what happens in the next few days

Hazel calls it “maternal.” Grace calls it “seeing the reward.” Lucy pushes herself to prove it. Taqwa is a pioneer in her community. Crystal believes “you can’t tell someone to do something you can’t do yourself”. Gerri is training other women for the future.

They each bring something to this work that’s deeply human: a sense of relationship — to the course, to the team, and to the game.
