#GPSOPA19 Premier Makhura: We will also set up a joint township economy innovation fund with the private sector. This is line with President Ramaphosa’s establishment of the Township Entrepreneurial Fund. We will take broadband to townships. Plan to be delivered in 100 days.

#GPSOPA19 Makhura says small businesses will now be paid within 15 days instead of 30 days. He adds that this will happen via e-invoice. Makhura says
30% must be procured from township SME’s up from 24% last term.
e-invoicing will prevent officials demanding bribes says Premier.
